How we can help at a higher level

For players who have tried various training methods but have not seen results, rhythm training is a completely different approach to training, so it is these players who can make dramatic improvements.

Rhythm directly stimulates the motor cortex of the brain, which quickly puts the brain into motor mode. Conventional warm-ups focus on preparing the body, so even if you think you've warmed up sufficiently, you might not actually be warming up your brain, which can lead to injuries.

Training can easily become monotonous and sluggish. By incorporating rhythmic training into your warm-ups, you can keep your training exciting and fun.

Rhythm training demands high concentration while enhancing the brain's processing speed and mental flexibility. Consistently engaging in this type of training can sharpen brain functions and improve nerve transmission, aiming to connect signals from the brain to movements more quickly and precisely. This reduces the time required for the brain-to-body connection, minimizing compensatory movements and lowering the risk of injury.
